University of Iowa Taekwondo Club

The University of Iowa Taekwondo Club is devoted to teaching the art of Taekwondo. This is both a physical and mental workout that will push you to your limits. We focus on a variety of skills, including forms, sparring, general self-defense, and cardio. With a primary emphasis on sparring, we practice Kukkiwon/WT-style Taekwondo. We also attend several local tournaments throughout the year, win countless medals, as well as compete at collegiate nationals!

We practice in the Field House in room S507 M/W/F from 6:30-7:30 PM.
