The purpose of Big Brothers Big Sisters at Iowa (BBBS at Iowa) is to connect the University of Iowa community with the mission and activities of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County (BBBSJC). Opportunities will include, but are not limited to event volunteering through this organization at events like Little's on Campus, one-to-one community and school-based mentoring, serving on an advisory board, planning and implementing fundraisers as well as various special events in collaboration with BBBSJC staff members. This connection with the University of Iowa will greatly benefit University students, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County, and the surrounding community.
